Do-In is an ancient mind-body practice from China and Japan. Do-In combines exercises, self massage and breathing techniques. 

Exercises focus on the Qi/energy pathways (meridians) and promote the free flow of Qi. 

Do-In aims to prevent mental and physical illness by strengthening your energy and improving your immune system. 

The exercises are gentle and adaptable to different conditions and fitness levels – Do-In is therefore suitable for all ages and bodies.
